5G high frequency antenna vibrator board

Techigh circuit manufactured one 5G high frequency antenna vibrator PCB recently for a famous antenna enterprise. The PCB is made of domestic high-frequency material – Wangling WL-CT440. It required PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test. The frequency requirement is 690-2700MHz MHZ, and the intermodulation value is required less than - 110dbm. It is finished whole processes within our company, also the PIM is tested by our own instrument and qualified.

 Vibrator is a component of the antenna, it can guide direction and amplify the electromagnetic wave, it can make the electromagnetic signal received by the antenna stronger.
 Vibrator is one basic unit of AAU (active antenna unit), with the construction of national 5g new infrastructure, the vibrator PCB market value is very huge. The PCB value from single macro base station is about 276 yuan, the value from single micro base station is about 184 yuan small base stations oscillator PCB value of about 184 yuan. According to 5G base station construction peak, it need 1.6 million macro base station/year, 2 million micro base station/year, the vibrator PCB market space is about about 800 million RMB /year.
